Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with BlessingVibes, operated by GOVOLAT, S.L.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently offer shipping to:

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands;

Supported destinations within the European Union; and

The United States.

Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery restrictions will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Our standard shipping rates do not apply to, and we currently do not ship to, the following locations:

The Canary Islands;

Ceuta;

Melilla;

French overseas territories;

The Azores;

Madeira;

The Åland Islands; and

Other overseas territories, remote regions, islands, or special customs or tax territories that are not available at checkout.

Cyprus and Malta are also excluded from our standard European Union shipping service unless a shipping option is expressly displayed at checkout.

If your destination is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to accept or deliver the order to that address.

2. Shipping charges

Standard shipping charges are calculated according to the order subtotal and delivery destination.

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping rates are charged once per order rather than per individual product.

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

For orders with a subtotal below €89:

Standard shipping: €4.99 per order

For eligible orders with a subtotal of €89 or more:

Free standard shipping

Supported European Union destinations

For orders with a subtotal below €89:

Standard shipping: €6.99 per order

For eligible orders with a subtotal of €89 or more:

Free standard shipping

United States

For orders shipped to an eligible address in the United States:

Standard shipping: €11.99 per order

The €89 free-shipping offer applies only to eligible orders shipped within Spain and supported European Union destinations. It does not apply to orders shipped to the United States unless expressly stated as part of a separate promotion.

Free-shipping threshold

The €89 free-shipping threshold is calculated using the order subtotal:

After discounts have been applied;

Before shipping charges; and

Excluding gift cards, unless otherwise stated.

The exact shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the order and successfully confirm payment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain and any public holidays affecting our warehouse or delivery partners.

The processing period is the time required to prepare and hand the order to the carrier. It does not include the carrier’s delivery time after dispatch.

During product launches, promotional campaigns, holiday periods, high-order-volume periods, or exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.

If we expect a material delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

4. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery network, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery timeframe available for your destination will be displayed at checkout where possible or communicated in the shipping confirmation.

All stated delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a specific guaranteed delivery date.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable consumer law.

5. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation. Where available, this email will include tracking information.

Tracking information may require some time to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued.

6. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check the following information carefully:

Recipient’s full name;

Street name and number;

Apartment, unit, floor, or access details;

Postal code;

City;

Country;

Email address; and

Telephone number, where requested.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at contact@blessingvibes.com.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Where an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may charge the actual and reasonable cost of reshipping the order, where permitted by applicable law.

7. Delivery attempts and uncollected parcels

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts or deliver the parcel to a collection point, depending on the destination and delivery service.

Customers are responsible for following the tracking information and collecting the parcel within any period specified by the carrier.

If an order is returned to us because delivery was refused, the parcel was not collected, or the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to determine the next steps.

Where permitted by applicable law, actual and reasonable additional shipping or return costs may be deducted from any refund or charged before the parcel is sent again.

This does not apply where the failed delivery resulted from our error or the carrier’s error.

8. Delayed deliveries

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery service.

Delays may occur because of:

High carrier volumes;

Severe weather;

Public holidays;

Transport disruptions;

Strikes;

Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

Remote delivery locations;

Security checks;

Events beyond our reasonable control; or

Other carrier-related circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information and then contact us at contact@blessingvibes.com.

We will assist you in investigating the delivery with the carrier.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer law where delivery is not completed within an agreed or legally required period.

9. Lost parcels

If tracking information indicates that a parcel may have been lost, contact us at contact@blessingvibes.com.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and provide any relevant information required by the carrier.

We will investigate the matter with the delivery provider. Where the parcel is confirmed as lost before delivery to you, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel when it is delivered.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening the parcel where reasonably possible.

Please retain:

The external packaging;

Internal protective materials;

The shipping label;

The damaged product; and

Any delivery documentation.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@blessingvibes.com and include your order number and photographs of the damage.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information about damaged or faulty products.

11. Risk during delivery

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, as required by applicable consumer law.

If you independently instruct the carrier to leave the parcel in a particular place, redirect it, or deliver it to another person after dispatch, responsibility may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be sent in separate parcels.

Where this occurs:

You may receive more than one shipping confirmation;

Parcels may arrive on different dates; and

Separate tracking numbers may be issued.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will not be charged additional standard shipping fees merely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

13. Pre-orders and back-ordered products

Products described as pre-orders or back orders may have longer processing or delivery times.

Any estimated availability or dispatch date will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated separately.

If an order contains both available and pre-order products, we may dispatch the order together once all products are available or divide it into separate shipments.

Relevant information will be provided before purchase or communicated to you where applicable.

14. Taxes, customs, and special territories

Orders shipped within the European Union will generally not be subject to customs import duties when the goods are dispatched from within the European Union.

However, special VAT, customs, or territorial rules may apply to certain regions, islands, and territories, including territories that are politically associated with an EU Member State but fall outside the standard EU VAT or customs area.

Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout. Customers may be responsible for local taxes, import charges, customs fees, or handling fees where applicable and clearly disclosed.

United States orders

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, sales taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by United States authorities, state authorities, the carrier, or another third party.

Unless taxes and import charges are expressly shown as included at checkout, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs payable upon or after importation.

These charges are not controlled by BlessingVibes and are not included in the €11.99 standard shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may lawfully be imported into and used in their destination.

If a parcel is refused or not collected because the customer declines to pay applicable import charges, we may deduct actual and reasonable return shipping, customs, handling, or carrier costs from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Please contact your local customs or tax authority for information about possible charges before placing an order.

15. Changes or cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@blessingvibes.com if you wish to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
