Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from BlessingVibes, operated by GOVOLAT, S.L.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and faulty products are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Please contact us before returning any product. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

The return address may vary depending on the product, order, or circumstances. Please do not send products to our business address unless we have specifically confirmed in writing that it is the correct return address.

2. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the final item or final delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but its use is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision.

Contacting us before sending the goods allows us to provide the correct return address and instructions. However, failure to use our preferred return procedure does not remove any mandatory withdrawal right that you have exercised validly under applicable law.

3. Condition of returned products

You may inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to the inspection that would normally be permitted in a physical shop.

Where a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in its value.

Whenever reasonably possible, products should be returned with:

Their original packaging;

Product labels and tags;

Accessories;

Instructions; and

Any complimentary items supplied as part of the purchase.

Missing or damaged packaging does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right. However, damage, contamination, use, or incomplete contents may result in a deduction where permitted by law and where they have caused a genuine reduction in the product’s value.

4. Silk pillowcases and textile products

Silk pillowcases and other textile products may be removed from their packaging for reasonable inspection.

Opening the external packaging alone does not automatically make a silk pillowcase ineligible for return.

To receive a full refund, the product must not have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its colour, size, material, appearance, and workmanship.

Silk pillowcases and textile products should not have been:

Slept on or otherwise put into actual use;

Washed, dry-cleaned, ironed, steamed, or treated;

Altered, repaired, or modified;

Stained, marked, torn, scratched, or damaged;

Exposed to cosmetics, skincare products, oils, creams, hair products, or cleaning products;

Returned with hair, pet hair, odours, moisture, residue, or other signs of use; or

Handled in a way that causes a reduction in value beyond reasonable inspection.

If a returned textile product has been handled beyond reasonable inspection, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect its diminished value, as permitted by applicable law.

Where a product has been extensively used, washed, contaminated, altered, or damaged, its value may be substantially reduced. Any deduction will be assessed reasonably based on the condition of the returned product and will not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

5. Skincare, cosmetic, and hygiene-sensitive products

Unused skincare, cosmetic, beauty, and hygiene-sensitive products may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period provided that any hygiene seal, tamper-evident seal, protective membrane, safety seal, or equivalent protective packaging remains intact.

For genuine health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where all of the following conditions are met:

The product was supplied sealed;

The product is not suitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and

The hygiene or protective seal was removed or broken by the customer after delivery.

Opening an external cardboard box alone does not necessarily make a product ineligible for return if the product’s internal hygiene seal or protective seal remains intact.

We generally cannot accept a change-of-mind return for a skincare or cosmetic product where:

Its qualifying hygiene or protective seal has been broken or removed;

The product has been opened, tested, sampled, or used;

Product has been dispensed or removed from its original container;

The applicator or contents have been exposed to direct contact; or

The product has been contaminated, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.

This hygiene restriction does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, contaminated before delivery, incorrectly supplied, expired on delivery, or materially different from its description.

6. Products that may not qualify for a change-of-mind return

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the following products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return:

Sealed skincare, cosmetic, or hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed after delivery and are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;

Products that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection;

Washed, altered, contaminated, stained, damaged, or extensively used textile products;

Products containing skincare residue, cosmetics, oils, hair products, odours, hair, pet hair, moisture, or other signs of use;

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal exception applies;

Gift cards, where exclusion is permitted by applicable law; and

Any other product excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Sale, promotional, or discounted items are not automatically excluded from statutory withdrawal or conformity rights solely because they were sold at a reduced price.

These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

7. Return shipping costs

For an eligible return made because you changed your mind or exercised a statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and for packaging them appropriately for return.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or with unpaid postage, unless this has been agreed with us in writing.

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, unsafe, or not as described, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law. Please contact us before arranging such a return so that we can provide appropriate instructions.

8. Refunds following withdrawal

For an eligible statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

If you selected an upgraded, express, premium, or more expensive delivery option, the additional amount above the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded unless required by law.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

For returned goods, we may withhold reimbursement until:

We have received the returned goods; or

You provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not be charged a fee by us for receiving the refund.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

9. Deductions for diminished value

You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Where permitted by law, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund if the returned product:

Has been used beyond reasonable inspection;

Is damaged, stained, washed, altered, or contaminated;

Is missing components, accessories, or included products;

Has been exposed to cosmetics, oils, skincare, hair products, odours, or other substances; or

Has otherwise suffered a genuine reduction in value because of the way it was handled after delivery.

We will not make a deduction merely because the external packaging was opened. Any deduction will be based on the actual condition and diminished value of the returned product.

We will explain any proposed deduction when notifying you of the outcome of the return inspection.

10. Damaged, faulty, unsafe, or incorrect products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Your order arrives damaged;

A product is defective;

You receive the wrong product;

An item is missing from the order;

A product is unsafe;

A product is expired or contaminated on delivery; or

A product does not materially match its description.

Please provide, where reasonably possible:

Your full name;

Your order number;

A description of the problem;

Clear photographs or videos showing the issue;

Photographs of the parcel and shipping label;

Photographs of any damaged packaging; and

The product batch number, lot number, or product code where relevant.

Photographs and videos help us investigate and resolve the issue, but a failure to provide them does not automatically remove any statutory consumer rights.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, the remedies available under applicable law may include:

Repair;

Replacement;

An appropriate price reduction; or

Termination of the contract and a refund.

The remedy available may depend on the nature and seriousness of the defect, whether repair or replacement is possible and proportionate, and the requirements of applicable law.

Any remedy that we are legally required to provide will be provided without charge, including reasonable shipping or return costs where applicable.

Statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and may continue after the withdrawal period has expired.

11. Products damaged during delivery

If the shipping parcel appears visibly damaged at delivery, please photograph the parcel before opening it where reasonably possible.

Please also retain:

The external packaging;

Internal protective materials;

The damaged product;

The shipping label; and

Any delivery documentation.

Contact us at contact@blessingvibes.com as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.

A request to contact us promptly does not reduce any mandatory rights or legal time limits available to you.

12. Incorrect or incomplete orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, contact us at contact@blessingvibes.com.

Please provide your order number and details of the incorrect or missing item.

Where we confirm that an error occurred, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional cost to you, which may include sending the correct product, supplying a missing item, arranging a return, or issuing a refund.

13. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The quickest way to obtain another colour, size, or product may be to return the original eligible product and place a new order.

Please contact us at contact@blessingvibes.com before returning a product for a proposed exchange.

Any exchange is subject to product availability. This section does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

14. Order cancellations before shipment

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@blessingvibes.com if you wish to cancel or amend an order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing, fulfilment, or shipment has begun.

If an order has already been shipped, you may exercise any applicable withdrawal or return rights after receiving it.

15. Refused and uncollected deliveries

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

To ensure that your request is properly recorded, please send us a clear statement of withdrawal at contact@blessingvibes.com.

Where a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery without validly exercising a statutory right, or failed to collect the parcel, we may deduct actual and reasonable additional delivery or return costs where permitted by law.

This does not affect situations where delivery failed because of our error or the carrier’s error.

16. Bundles, sets, gifts, and promotional offers

Where products were purchased as a bundle or set, you may be required to return the complete bundle or set to receive a full refund, unless individual products were separately priced or applicable law requires otherwise.

Any complimentary gift supplied because the order met a promotional condition should be returned with the relevant products where reasonably possible.

If a complimentary item is not returned, we may deduct its genuine value from the refund where permitted by law, provided this does not restrict any mandatory consumer right.

Whether you are exercising the right of withdrawal or reporting a product problem;

A short description of the issue, where applicable; and

Photographs or videos where the product is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

The applicable return instructions;

The correct return address;

Any required return reference; and

Information about shipping costs and the next steps.

Please do not send products to an address shown on a parcel, product label, or website without first confirming the correct return address with us.

Returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed. This does not invalidate a statutory withdrawal that was otherwise exercised correctly and on time.

18. European Union model withdrawal form

You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but its use is not mandatory.
